With an aim to strengthen the institutional capacity of District ICS Network members, National ICS Network organized “Proposal Writing and Project Management Training” from 25-27 December 2008 at Jawalakhel, Lalitpur. A total of 11 participants from 10 different organizations took part in the three-day training program supported by ARECOP.
