National Biomass Program managed by Alternative Energy Promotion Centre (AEPC)/Energy Sector Assistance Program (ESAP) supported by DANIDA and NORAD have extended the program districts since July 2008. With extension of the program in Accham, Bajhang, Bajura, Bhojpur, Darchula and Sankhuwasabha districts this year, National Biomass Program covers a total of 41 districts in Nepal. CRT/N acting as service providing partner will provide technical support and backstopping to local partner organizations at 16 districts of Nepal through four Regional Renewable Energy Service Centres (RRESCs). RRESCs managed by CRT/N are located at Kathmandu, Dang, Achham and Tanahu.
